FIBA Europe has reached an agreement with the sportsman media group for the distribution of TV rights for the 2010 U20 and U18 European Youth Championships for Men, organised in Croatia and Lithuania respectively.

For the first time the television rights of FIBA Europe's top national youth competitions are distributed proactively.
